Prof. Moorthy Selvakumaran has completed his B.E degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Madras University, M.E degree in Product Design from CEG Campus, Anna University, Chennai and Ph.D in VLSI Design from same Anna University. He has a teaching experience of more than 18 years in various Engineering Colleges in Tamil Nadu.

He has worked well for over more than Nine years with the mission of Institution Quality and their student's outcome. He has assisting many ways in designing the new NBA format with experts for the best Accreditation system in our country. He has given many faculty training programs and Working as NBA consultant for Engineering, Management School, Pharmacy and Polytechnic Colleges in various states namely Tamil nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Punjab, Telangana, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and West Bengal. Currently, he has working as NBA / NAAC Consultant for more than 25 technical institutions across the country.

He has made four inventions for the house hold appliances and applied for getting patent right for the same. Currently, he has running an industry (Sri Selvakumaran Industries, Erode) to convert his innovative ideas into workable product for our people and society development.

He has written a book for Engineering Admission in Tamil nadu, titled COUNSELLING GUIDE: 2009 – first of its kind in India and also written a book for Medical Admission in Tamil nadu. Since 2009, he has writing the books named as Engineering & Medical Counseling Guide for benefit of plus two & polytechnic students.

In the interest of younger generation, he has taken the first step in Analyzing Engineering & Medical Education in Tamil nadu and made the publication of the same for the development of rural students. He has started a unique Career Guidance and Resource Center in Erode with huge data base information about all the Institutions and Courses available in Tamil nadu. He is the person who does complete data analysis of various entrance examinations, admission process etc. Due to his complete analysis many students were able to take the right decision for their career.

He has given many students counseling program through various media like Kodai FM, Jaya TV & Kalaignar News TV and Publishing plus two result analysis & admission report through the Kalvimalar, Daily Thanthi, Times of India, New Indian Express & The Hindu news papers frequently.

He has been writing an article about National level Entrance Exam & Higher Education through Thannambikkai monthly magazine publishing from Coimbatore, Daily Thanthi – Ilaingar Malar book and also giving regular Educational Programme through Kodaikanal FM radio.
