Return, Replacement & Refund Policies
Product is Damaged During Shipping:
In case the product you receive is in damaged condition, you have to call customer care helpline 96559 10333 or write to us on selkonerode@gmail.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register your complaint. Our service team will examine the delivered product and if the product is beyond correction we will collect the damaged product with all inbox accessory and you will be delivered a new product.
Product is not working:
In case the product is not working, you have to call customer care helpline 96559 10333 or write to us on selkonerode@gmail.com within 24 hours of the receipt of the product to register your complaint.
Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process:
Please ensure that you inspect the shipment as soon as you accept it from the courier. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. Selkon and its associates retain the right to withhold refund/replacement of the damaged product if you fail to put a note about the nature of damage on the courier receipt confirmation slip.
In case of any damage to the actual product, you are required to inform the Selkon’s customer care within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Policy, viz:
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
All the product we sell at selkon are eligible for return / replacement post approval from manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 240, Kannudaiyampalayam, Ganapathypalayam,Erode – 638 153, Tamil Nadu, India
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs.5000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
